Welcome, Quality Stewards.  We are looking forward to those of you who will be returning to this COP space and to welcoming any newcomers to the Quality Stewards COP.  This COP is for Directors/Managers who have responsibility for setting and/or overseeing program quality and the operational vision for their organization. As Quality Stewards, we will reflect upon, examine and develop effective and inspirational leadership behaviors and practices that link organizational mission, program outcomes, and building and retaining empowered staff teams.
