Community of Practice 2022-23

Hello Youth Workers! We are all living through times of great change in Out-of-School Time and our work. We are looking forward to welcoming you back to our COP space. If you are new, welcome to the Cambridge OST community. The Youth Worker CoP is a safe, fun and engaging peer learning group designed to meet the needs of those who work directly with young people and have no supervisory responsibilities. Front Line CoP content is focused on how youth workers can problem-solve, grow as professionals, and support themselves and each other in improving three tenants of OST quality: Staff-Youth Relationships, Positive Behavior Guidance, and Quality of Activities. We will tailor our conversations to the times we're living through and the futures we want to create together for ourselves and the young people we serve.
